Information on service rates that investors have to pay

– Price of Issuing Service:

The Price of Issuing Service applicable at the time of publication of this Prospectus is FREE

ABF may change Issuing Service Rates at any time. Any changes in service rates will be updated and published on ABF's website from time to time.

– Price of Acquisition Service:

The price of Redemption Service is applied to NAV per Fund Unit, specifically, the price of Redemption Service at the time of issuance of this Prospectus is applied as follows:

+ The period of holding CCQs for less than six (06) months is 0.5% of the transaction value;

+ The holding period of CCQ from full six (06) months to less than nine (09) months is 0.2% of the transaction value;

+ The holding period of CCQ from full nine (09) months or more is 0% of the transaction value.

ABF may change the Buyback Service Price at any time. ABF reserves the right to change the service pricing structure in order to add sales restrictions, apply different redemption prices or anti-dilution fees. Any changes in the price of the repurchase service will be published on the ABF website from time to time.

– Transfer Service Price:

Investors must pay a maximum Transfer Service Price of VND 300,000 (three hundred thousand dong) for each Fund Unit transfer transaction. Specific Transfer Service prices are announced by the Fund Management Company from time to time on ABF's website. The Transfer Service Price is paid by the transferee and paid to the Distributor.
