1. Termination of labor contract with

- Mr. Le Tien Dong - Head of Investment Analysis

- Mr. Pham Hong Nam - Head of portfolio management

2. Change of members of the Board of Directors and members of the Supervisory Board:

- Relieved the position of the member of the Board of Directors to Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh and elected Mr. Dang Quang Minh as a member of the Board.

- Resignation of Head of Supervisory Board positions of Mr. Pham Hong Nam also elected Mr. Dao Manh King as Head of the Supervisory Board.

- Deregulation of the position of Supervisory Board member of Mr. Duong Minh Duc and the election of Mr. Doan Hong Quan as a member of the Supervisory Board.
