ABF - the direct consultant on the M&A deal between CMC Corporation and TIME dotCom

 ABF is the direct consultant of CMC Corporation on the M​&A deal between CMC Corporation and TIME dotCom - the leading technology group in Malaysia. ABF conducted concurrent roles of consulting on valuating, negotiating and restructuring for CMC. The successful transactions not only brought CMC Corporation a large amount of capital for development but also affirmed the attractiveness of the Vietnamese technology in the eyes of international investors. ABF and CMC succeeded together in bringing one of the biggest companies in Malaysia's telecommunication field into the Vietnam market. This is also the first time in Vietnam that a telecom infrastructure company has sold its shares successfully to foreign strategic investors. Initially holding 25% through separate stock issuance at CMC Corporation, TIME dotCom has planned to increase its stake in the future when recognizing the great potential in this field in Vietnam market.
