ABF successfully advised an M & A deal worth $ 335 million in the cement field

 ABF as the exclusive financial advisor of Geleximco along with the positiveness, activeness and decisiveness of Geleximco's board of directors, in the process of negotiating together, prompted the partners to soon complete the agreement of investing into Thang Long Cement, which is worth $335 billion, between Geleximco and Semen Gresik. On 18/12/2012, the two parties officially signed the share transfer contract. Until December 2012, this is the largest M&A deal in the cement field in Vietnam and one of the largest announced M&A deals in all sectors.
