ABF signed a business valuation advisory agreement with CMC Corporation

Recently, ABF started to implement a business valuation advisory agreement for CMC Corporation (Code: CMG), with scope of work related to the evaluation of development investment and long-term business plan of CMG, the valuation of CMG shares on the basis of feasible plans and analysis of corporate value situations in different scenarios, giving advice for long-term development strategic of CMG.

This is the second time ABF cooperates with CMG. The previous time, in 2014, ABF was also the consultant on valuation and negotiation of the M&A between the largest subsidiary of CMG - CMC Telecommunication Infrastructure Joint Stock Company (CMC Telecom) with TIME dotcom Berhad (TIME) - Malaysia's leading company in providing solutions and telecommunications for the Asia-Pacific market. This was the first time TIME had access to Vietnam market and it was also the first time that CMG had an international shareholder. Until now, the active and effective cooperation with TIME not only helps CMC Telecom to develop deeply and firmly in the domestic market but also creates the first step of CMG's international development investment plan in Asian.

CMG has been building for itself a flexible development investment strategy, quickly grasping opportunities for expanding domestic and foreign markets, as well as promoting the sustainability and optimal utilization of international economic resource.
