ABF participated in Vietnam M&A Forum 2013 in Ho Chi Minh City.

In August 8th, 2013, Ms. Dang Thi Hong Phuong - General Director of ABF and Mr. Le Viet Ha - Deputy General Director of ABF participated in "Vietnam M&A Forum 2013" and "The best deal and advisory firms 2009-2013" was held in Ho Chi Minh City. This is one of the activities of the 5th Anniversary of Vietnam M&A Forum and honors the most outstanding deals in 5 years from 2009-2013.

Through the results of the selection of typical businesses, the Semen Gresik acquisition of Thang Long Cement was honored to be selected as the 2012-2013 typical M&A Deal. This is the deal that ABF has successfully joined in the merger and acquisition consultancy, helping Thang Long Cement to restructure its businesses and restructure its cash flow amidst the economic crisis.
