An Binh Investment Fund (ABF) was established in 2006. Currently, ABF is advising and managing assets for economic groups and local banks with the total value of management consultancy assets up to hundreds of millions USD. ABF is aiming to set up investment funds to manage domestic and foreign capital sources in a number of key areas.

ABF is seeking applicants for administrative and driving positions. ABF is committed to creating a dynamic, professional and effective working environment that enables all members to maximize their capacity and creativity in their work.

REQUEST

1. Expert Analysis of Investments (2 positions)

Workplace:

Office: 12th Floor, 36 Hoang Cau Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi

1. Distribution Companies and the market opportunities.

2. Track your investments

3. Searching, proposing solutions and solutions to effectively submit to leaders

4. Building investment products

5. Search, appraise and propose investment opportunities in accordance with investment criteria of funds managed by ABF

6. Establish sectoral databases and conduct sector assessment and analysis reports as required.

7. Conducting investment consultancy activities

8. Perform other duties as required by the management level and leaders of the Company.

1. Requirements for ability:

- High responsibility, dedicated to work, willing to work with high intensity, competitive environment, dynamic, creative.

- Ability to work independently or in a team, good interpersonal skills; Good presentation capabilities.

2. Qualification requirements:

- University degree in Economics, Finance, Banking (preferred candidates are CFA, ACCA, CPA ... ).

- Candidate must possess a Fund Management practicing certificate issued by the State Securities Commission.

- Proficient in office computer programs (word, excel, powerpoint ...)

- English proficiency.

- Minimum 3 years experience in Finance

2. Legal Officer

Workplace:

Office: 12th Floor, 36 Hoang Cau Street, Dong Da District, Hanoi

1. Researching, drafting and finalizing legal documents of the company.

2. Drafting, reviewing and reviewing Economic Contracts for the operation of the Company.

3. Update frequently the legal documents related to the Company

4. To take initiative in and advise the leaders on legal situations arising in economic, civil, labor, tax, ... transactions.

5. Working with consultancy units, state administrative agencies ... in the legal aspects of the Company's investment / fund operations.

6. Support all departments in the company in terms of legal aspects.

2. Qualification requirements:

- University degree in law

- Working experience of 3 years or more in finance, banking.

- English proficiency.

- Candidate must possess a Fund Management practicing certificate issued by the State Securities Commission.

- Priority will be given to candidates who have worked in the financial industry.
